Will.i.am follows up his smash hit, Scream and Shout with this one. It’s called That Power. Clever move by Will.i.am to include Justin Bieber on the track. That’s power right there. I’m not in love with the track just yet, but I’m sure it’ll grow on me. Your thoughts?
