US rapper and actress Nicki Minaj is set to headline to the TribeOne Dinokeng Festival in South Africa this September. The festival is being dubbed the biggest music event the continent has ever experienced. It’ll take place in the city of Tshwane from 26-28th of September. Nicki isn’t the only artist on the bill (obvious statement much?). She’ll be joined by some 150 artists from around the continent and the world, including Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, J Cole, Kid Ink, Keko, AKA, Xtatic, Khuli Chana, Naava Grey, Kwesta, Liquideep, Fally Ipupa, Redsan, Takeifa, Souadou, Ousmane, Ba’ponga among many others.
Nicki seems to be all kinds of excited about (finally) coming to Mzansi and performing on the 28th:

I’ll be heading off to New York and hopefully Toronto and LA in September, so I’m going to miss this, but you can feedback and let me know what the festival was like. I’ll go out on a limb here, and say it’s going to be epic.com!
