Why is Beyoncé the most professional and ultimate performer? She keeps her cool even in the most bizarre circumstances. The star is currently on her Mrs Carter World (sans Africa) Tour. At the weekend Mrs Carter performed in São Paulo, Brazil and it was there that the star was faced with an interesting to say the least, and eager fan. While performing her smash hit, Irreplaceable, Bey appears to have been pulled off the stage by the fan. In security team jumped to her rescue, but Bey didn’t seem to phased by the incident, carrying on with the song.
Once done with the track she went back to that area of the stage and said to the fan, “It’s alright, it’s alright. Nice to meet you. Thank you, I love you, too.” What a legend! This isn’t the first incident Queen Bey has had to endure on tour. Earlier this year, while singing the song Halo… Her blonde locks got caught in one of the stage fans. While her teamed scrambled to help release her, Beyonce ever the profession carried on singing the song:

So if any artist ever considers leaving the stage for a lack of crowd support, rain, hair in fans or the like… Remember what Beyoncé did and ask yourself the question, am I really serious about life 😉
Who is the ultimate music performer in your eyes? In my opinion, it’s Mrs. Carter aka Beyonce Knowles… She’s incredible. Just look at what she has done, achieved and managed to pull off in her career. Well if you weren’t convinced up to my previous sentence, you really should be after this next one. We’ve got to give her props for this one now. The star recently got ‘acquainted’ with one of the concert fans – and no, I’m not talking about the human versions. You can see how it all goes down in the clip above and in true Beyonce style, the star kept calm, kept singing while her team scrambled to help her out! Beyonce #TheUltimate!
Will Beyoncé‘s Super Bowl performance outdo her Billboard Music Awards performance? I have a feeling she might just blow it out of the water. Add Destiny’s Child to the mix and I think you have a #winning combination. Will you be up watching Ravens taking on the 49ers in New Orleans? Or are you just getting up to watch your girl Bey? If this little teaser clip is anything to go by, I think I might just have to pull yet another all-nighter 😉
Oh and if you’re looking for a bit of a laugh and some fun, check out some of the players talking about King B here.
Don’t forget to catch the Pepsi Super Bowl XLVII Halftime Show this Sunday/ Monday.
Beyoncé Knowles the incredible. She wins… again!! It’s going to B a big year for Bey no doubt. The Star-Spangled Banner at President Obama’s inauguration and the Superbowl next month. Destiny’s Child album coming next week and her much-awaited solo album since the birth of her daughter, Blue Ivy… 2011 might have been the Year of 4, but 2013 is definitely going to be the Year of Bey (and JT) 🙂
A friend of mine, Lihle Mtshali recently went off to Atlantic City to see the lovely Beyoncé Knowles-Carter live in concert. Apparently Beyoncé was on stage for over two hours in which she played not only some of her biggest songs, but from some of the other leading ladies in music too. Check out the video above for some highlights including a tribute to Whitney Houston.
This woman can do no wrong can she? Less than five months after giving birth to her and husband Jay-Z’s first child, she’s back on stage doing what she loves to do and what she does oh so well. One day Beyoncé you’ll come and see us in South Africa… hopefully soon!
Beyoncé Knowles loves her fans. She’s always quick to give her thanks to those who make her career what it is. She’s now giving them, you the opportunity to be in one of her music videos. Her hit single The Best Thing I Never Had is still climbing the charts and it has hit the number one spot in several countries around the world already. If you haven’t seen the video you can watch it here. Now to give back, Beyoncé and her team are putting a special fan video together for the song and you can be featured in it. Superstar Beyonce is moving up the charts quickly with his phat hit, Girls (Who Run The World), but she’s also throwing her support behind a good cause too. Beyonce has pledged her support of American First Lady Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move! Initiative to help curb childhood obesity. There’s an event happening next week Tuesday, where many middle schools around the US will participate in the Let’s Move! Flash Workout. You and many others can learn the choreography above with the help of Beyonce’s “Get Me Bodied” track.

This is a great initiative that should become more global. Children eating badly, not exercising and becoming lazy in front of the TV is causing obesity rates to increase rapidly. This isn’t good or healthy, so let’s try become more aware of what we eat, choose the healthier options rather than the grease. This isn’t to say that you can’t enjoy a burger, it must just be done in moderation and with a healthy balance of exercise. Veggies aren’t your enemies 🙂
