Any fans of the hit show, Homeland out there? If you’re in South Africa, you’ll be stoked to know that the production is heading to our shores this year. The fourth season of the political thriller will be shot in Cape Town, with production set to get going in June. The shooting is expected to last until November.

Executive producer, Alex Gansa said: “We knew going into season four that we would need to move the production overseas to tell the story of Carrie returning to the Middle East as chief of station. We are thrilled to have found a new home in Cape Town and look forward to getting season four’s production off the ground.”

We can’t wait either. I’ve already started putting my feelers out there. I love me some Claire Danes and I’m Damian Lewis is a superb actor too. Hold thumbs folks, it’s out there 😉
