Oscars 2014 – a few predictons

In just a couple of hours, Hollywood royalty will all gather together for the 86th Academy Awards. We’ll find out who will win big at this year’s Oscars and it’s the culmination of a long, but very exciting and entertaining awards season. I’m going to be up from around 1am, CAT watching E! Entertainment’s Live from the Red Carpet, followed by the live show. I can’t wait to see what Ellen DeGeneres has in store for us and I’m really excited to see the big winners. The only big film contender I haven’t seen is Blue Jasmine, but if the other awards are anything to go by, Cate Blanchett should ready herself for an Oscar speech.

Here are a few more of my Oscars 2014 predictions:

Kendra goes solo

kendra
Kendra Wilkinson has one of the most addictive laughs I’ve heard in a long time, and I love her take on life. She rocks. So I must admit I was a little bummed to hear in this season’s Girls Of The Playboy Mansion, that she was leaving… moving out of the mansion and ‘splitting up’ with Hugh. Enter E! Entertainment‘s new reality, spin-off show called Kendra, which premiers on DSTV channel 124 this Sunday at 10pm

And a lot seems to have changed since her departure. For one, she’s engaged to American Football star Hank Baskett. So expect to see a lot of entertaining moments as Kendra tries to balance her life; new husband-to-be, her busy schedule, her home (sans butlers and cleaners) and the latest- the her pregnancy. Challenging but interesting too and you can expect to see/hear her former “cast members,” Hef, Holly and Bridget, who are all still in close contact with Kendra. Here’s a little video of what to expect this Sunday:

Snoop Dogg's Father Hood back on TV

The new season of rapper Snoop Dogg’s reality show kicks off this weekend on E! Entertainment. Snoop Dogg‘s Father Hood reveals the private life of the rapper, his wife Shante(arguably the boss) and their three children. Watch the show to see what the legend gets up to on a daily basis, what makes him tick and how he deals with the ins and outs of raising children in today’s society.

If you missed season one and you don’t know who the characters are, here’s a breakdown of who you can expect to see besides the Doggfather: Continue reading “Snoop Dogg's Father Hood back on TV”
