The first single, Your Body, is climbing the charts at a rapid pace. It’s a great song, even if a few guys ‘were harmed’ during the making of the video 😉 Now the awesome Christina Aguilera is getting ready to release her brand new album, Lotus soon. The album is due for release on the 12th of November. More on this to come.
I recently got to chat to Nashville Tennessee rockers, Hot Chelle Rae, which I did for DStv.com. In case you’re wondering who exactly they are, they’re the guys who brought you the song Tonight Tonight. I had one of those moments when I got an email from my friends at Sony to say I could interview the band. I thought, hmmm what is this, let alone who are they. Needless to say, after a bit of Youtube-ing and Google-ing I got to know them before doing the interview.
I chatted to two members from the group and they were really rad. Very friendly and so grateful to me for taking the time out to interview them, really? Here are a bunch of guys who were nominated for an American Music Award, a band who have shared the stage with Taylor Swift and who have worked with (former) Disney star, Demi Lovato thanking me. Nice man.

Their album, Whatever is now in stores. It’s a good pop record that is bound to get you in the party mood… Listen to it while you’re getting ready or sipping on some tasty beverage at pre-drinks 🙂
I remember going to Britney’s listening session earlier this year at the Sony offices in Johannesburg. One of the songs that really stood out for me during that listening session was the song called Criminal. It just offers something different to the uptempo tracks you hear on Femme Fatale and vocally she sounds really good. Now the video has been released and not only does she sound good, but she’s looking incredible too.
It’s a racey video, which obviously carries a age restriction of some nature because I had put my login details in on Youtube to watch the video. What do you think of the track?
